God Made Moms To Teach....Followers of Christ Have Responsibilities
I had a co worker to pass from complications due to cancer treatments this past weekend. It saddens me to know someone has passed on and left a family behind but as a Christian, I believe he has just moved on to a better life. The truth of the matter is, I wasn't one of those who helped him to get to a better life and I had worked close with him for over 7 years. Not once had I asked him the simple question of have you ever accepted Jesus Christ as your personal savior. But thank God for having another watchmen or Christian co-worker in place. One of my other coworkers lead him to Christ just a week before he died. She lead him through the sinner's prayer and he accepted Christ right in her office. It didn't take much, just a quick "yes" or "no" question, and directions on how to accept Christ. It saddens me to think about how many people and paths that I have let cross me and I not ask "are you in the body" or "have you accepted Jesus Christ as your personal savior", makes me search myself and question am I attempting to do what I should be doing as a follower of God's word and of Christ.
Be blessed and encouraged today, it's your choice. ~Delphine
