One Brown Momma's Recipe (Courtesy of Gail)

Grilled Talipia on the George Foreman Grill

Preheat grill

Dice onions, garlic, bell pepper, fresh basil, and 1 small tomato
Saute' in olive oil adding tomato last.

Season talipia with Mrs. Dash seasoning (herb & garlic) and put on grill for 3 to 4 minutes

After cooking place on large plate with vegetables on top and around the fish. Can serve with either rice or oven baked french fries.
