God Made Moms To Teach Their Children That...God Honors Work

Teach our children that God honors work. So we should encourage them to honor God in their work. Teach them that we get out of work, what we put in to our work. In other words, "you reap what you sow", "sow a lot, reap a lot". We all have encouraged our children to apply themselves and to do their best in their academic studies as well as sports to reap the rewards of doing their best. Rewards of possible academic scholarships and athletic scholarships, the payoffs of years of hard work. Just like we encourage them to apply themselves in these areas, we should encourage our children to work at honoring God in all areas of work. We are works of God and since God honors us we should honor Him in all of our areas of work. It's work being who God made you to be. It's work being a parent, a child, a sibling, and work being whatever or whoever but let's honor Him and our work by being the best we can be at it.
