God Made Moms To Teach Their Children To....Love Your Enemies

It's easy to develop enemies when you have lived as long as we parents have but our hearts have to be transformed to willingly love our enemies. We must love and pray for our enemies if we want our children to do the same. I learned long ago, it's not do as I say do, it's all about doing as I do when it comes to teaching children. The majority of children mimic what they see and hear their parents do. So instead of speaking or acting negatively about your ex, your in-laws, your parents, your neighbors, your siblings, or your coworkers, just start blessing them instead of cursing them. You and your kids will benefit in the long run.

Be blessed and encouraged today, it's your choice.~ Delphine

Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you (Matthew 5:43-44).

Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse (Romans 12:14).

Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everybody. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," says the Lord. On the contrary: "If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head." Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good (Romans 12:17-21).

Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult, but with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing (1 Peter 3:9).

We work hard with our own hands. When we are cursed, we bless; when we are persecuted, we endure it (1 Corinthians 4:12).

But I tell you who hear me: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you (Luke 6:27-28).
